The Coffee Process:

Flowering Coffee

After picking we do our first round of sorting and remove any yellow or green beans that snuck in

The flowers fall, then comes the coffee berries. It’s time to pick! We only pick the red ones…

Time to pulp! This process separates the red, sweet skin, known as pulp, from the coffee bean. The pulp then makes its way to our compost bin.
